A recommendation to the City Council to amend the future land use map to designate 3.3 acres at the corner of Carlisle Park Lane and 700 West from General Commercial to High Density Residnetial (16-29 units per acre).

A recommendation to the City Council to amend Title 17.13 regarding land use districts. The proposed amendment will modify the minimum lot size requirements for townhome developments and the lot width of single family homes in certain circumstances.
