NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in the City hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday September 04, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

A right of way/alley vacation for the unused portion of 400 East. The vacated area will be from the point where it joins with the paved portion of 400 East at approximately 3443 South then 376 feet in a North/South direction to where the right of way intersects with the paved portion of 3400 South Street.

Approval of a conditional use permit to operate a used car dealership located at 220 East 3300 South.

Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the Planning Commission. Written comments for those who cannot attend but want their opinions considered in Planning Commission deliberations must be received one day prior to the meeting.
