Plant A Tree!
Residents of the City of South Salt Lake are invited to take advantage of the city's treeplanting program. The program is designed to encourage residents to increase the value of their property and beautify the city by planting trees in their front yards and parking strip areas. The city will reimburse homeowners the lesser of $50 or 50% of the cost of a treeup to two trees (subject to available funding). Trees must be selected from the list on this page.
