Planning Commission

Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday August 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

A public hearing to consider a text amendment to the South Salt Lake Planned Unit Development Subdivision ordinance found under title 15.12.810. The proposed changes would allow smaller lot sizes for developments over five acres. Application is made by Jacob Ballstaedt of Garbett Homes.
